Message Especially since I'm doing this as we speak. Replace as many rubber hoses as you can. A lot of them will probably be brittle so you're gonna have to replace them anyway. I had to cut a lot of mine off since they were stuck. I ended up buying over $1000 of OEM parts that I wanted to replace as a precautionary measure. One of these days I'll have to put together a list but most of it I got off the tech pages for the turbo replacement and injector replacement (from ttaz.org).

Also might want to do the 60k stuff while you're at it. Dont forget the heater hoses, detonation sensor ($135 for this sucker), any and all gaskets (might be worth buying the gasket 'kit' and maybe even the main EFI harness ($250).

The price you're getting sound pretty damn good. BTW, did Gyro say his downpipes were ready? How much for the 3"? How about the 2.5"?
